At The Boardroom Kailua we are Farm to Table craft cocktail bar and restaurant. We work really hard to source local wherever possible and lucky for us we get to work with a lot of wonderful local products in creating our rotating signature cocktail menus. Creating local signature cocktails for the bar program includes thinking about local sourcing for a variety of items including: custom ice, garnishes, bitters, fresh fruits and vegetables we juice daily, spirits and beers. Hawaii is a unique market in that we have four growing seasons yet we important ~90% of our food.
