At The Boardroom Kailua we are Farm to Table craft cocktail bar and restaurant. We work really hard to source local wherever possible and lucky for us we get to work with a lot of wonderful local products in creating our rotating signature cocktail menus. Creating local signature cocktails for the bar program includes thinking about local sourcing for a variety of items including: custom ice, garnishes, bitters, fresh fruits and vegetables we juice daily, spirits and beers. Customers often ask us what what beers and spirits are local so we thought we would throw together a list of Hawaii based breweries and distilleries. Hawaii is a unique market in that we have four growing seasons yet we important ~90% of our food. Our mission as a restaurant is to celebrate local sourcing so we act as a platform to highlight the best products in Hawaii and the passionate people behind these great local products that help. This includes artists, farmers, musicians, ranchers, fisherman, distillers and brewers, and local craftsmen and women in different trades. Hawaii is a beautiful community with amazing host values that we look to honor and celebrate.


Hawaii has seen an exciting rise in its craft beverage industry. This surge is not only about unique flavors but also showcases a commitment to local sourcing and sustainability.
